Conceptualization, development and management of the B2B (business to business) sales portal of Sanofi Laboratory







In synergy with our client, we develop the B2B sales portal of Sanofi Laboratory, an online sales and training platform for pharmacies. From the beginning of the project, we accompany the client in the conceptualization and architecture of their website as well as in its design, development, management, and maintenance.
In addition, we carry out system integration work and we consistently develop an Intelligence system with metrics and specific KPIs for real-time monitoring, that allows us to analyze the business situation on the spot. Likewise, we have also created a loyalty program and a discount generation system together with specific telemarketing actions in order to generate purchase recurrence, and engagement in order to improve the conversion of the e-commerce.
