We are in charge of the management and maintenance of Nescafé Dolce Gusto E-commerce and its corresponding Application in both iOS and Android.
In order to accomplish these tasks, in our daily work we carry out inventory management and updating, coordination of graphic pieces, creation and programming of promotions, incident management with an international technical team, as well as Quality Assurance tasks, layout, and content management of CMS pages. All of this done side by side with our client to ensure the best service for the final consumer.
